I adore vintage jewelry also! I found a very cute pink flower charm necklace for $8 a couple of weekends ago at antique festval in NC. It looks like it is possible 1950's with a plastic link neck chain that the flowers are dangling from. It is not signed but I love that style! Thanks for joining the Party Line! :-)
